Kavuo Voice is an AI receptionist that answers your restaurant's calls and handles bookings for you, in Spanish and English. It is an add-on, separate from your plan.
You turn it on from Dashboard > Voice. There is a 20-minute trial and, once you subscribe, 200 minutes included each month. If you go over, you can switch on pay-per-minute overage, otherwise the service stops when the allowance runs out; we warn you at 80%.
Bookings that come in by phone show up in your Reservations panel like any other.
