Kavuo manages your bookings from Dashboard > Reservations. You set up shifts, tables (and areas), booking duration, cancellation policy and closed days or holidays.
Tables are assigned automatically to prevent overbooking: if no table is free at that time, the guest cannot book it. If you have not set up tables, there is no capacity limit.
You get a Timeline view and, from Intelligence, a Room view with your floor plan. You can also add bookings by hand and seat walk-ins.
From Pro you also get deposits and card-based no-show charging, and an automatic waiting list.
